Based on HUAWEI HISILICON Hi3559AV100 processor, SOM3559A is EMA’s Lead-Free and immersion gold material, 8-layers layout SoM. It supports multiple sensor inputs as well as the H.265 encoding output or movie-level raw data output. It integrates the high-performance ISP. SOM3559A provides excellent image processing capability.
SOM3559A enables consumers to use flexible size of RAM and FLASH Memory based on different applications. In addition to above functions, SOM3559A has offered a rich set of peripherals resources such as 10/100/1000M Ethernet, USB Host, USB3.0, HDMI, SPI, IIC and TF card slot.
With the stable and easy-to-use HISILICON SDK, SOM3559A can assist consumers in rapid product mass production.
SOM3559A can be used in different fields including intelligent surveillance camera, video conference, intelligent video analysis, 4K video decoding and encoding and UAV.
